At Sweet Marie’s Diner, we stand behind the products and programs we offer. Please review the following refund and return policies before making a purchase.
Merchandise Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
Proof of purchase is required
Non-Refundable Merchandise
The following items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective:
Clearance or sale items
Custom or made-to-order merchandise
Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Feed A Neighbor (FAN) Meals
FAN Meals are community support purchases used to help provide meals to individuals and families in need through our Feed A Neighbor Program.
Because FAN Meals are processed immediately to support the program:
FAN Meal purchases are generally non-refundable
Duplicate or accidental purchases reported within 24 hours may be reviewed for refund consideration
FAN Sponsorships
FAN Sponsorships help fund our Feed A Neighbor Program and include promotional and recognition benefits based on sponsorship tier.
Due to the immediate allocation of sponsorship funds toward program operations, marketing, and community outreach:
FAN Sponsorships are non-refundable
Once sponsorship materials, recognition, listings, or promotional benefits have been initiated, refunds will not be issued
If there is an issue with your sponsorship purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the matter whenever possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or fulfilled. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
